Please make sure any document you need is in your documents folder or it will not be backed up. You may place a shortcut on the desktop if needed. The Documents folder, sharedrive and managers drive are all backed up. (how to send a shortcut to the desktop) go to the document you need then right click on it, If you do not see the SEND TO option, click on show more options, then choose SEND TO > SHORTCUT on DESKTOP
