Transferring Phone Calls

Posted on 20 January, 2025

If you are calling between locations or specifically transferring a call to another location, you must use the ring group number. The benefit to this is that if an extension is busy the next available one will ring. Also if you are at EHAH and need reception, please use the ring group unless you are trying to reach a specific person sitting at a specific workstation, then you may dial that extension.
