If your “Bear” or “Conerstone” session is idle for 3 hours you will be automatically loged off of the system, Too many sessions to Bear and Cornerstone were being left open over night and this was causing problems on the system. Remember when logged in to the remote session on “Bear”, do not just click the “x”. On the desktop you will find a logoff icon, double click to make sure you log out completely.
