The company photo server can be accessed by going to the “S” drive from the local side of your workstation and then scroll down untill you see “!Company Pictures on ACE server” If you right click you can create a shrtcut on your desktop or create shortcuts to pin the folders to start or taskbar so that you have quick access to it. This will not work from the “BEAR” side or if you are working remote from home.
If you are trying to access the “Company Pictures on ACE server” and it asks for a password you can use the following and check the save credentials box if present. UserName: PPRP PassWord: pprp , Please note they are case sensitive and can be used at any location. This problem is due to a recent windows update and may or may not be a problem on your computer.
